I provide an empathic, safe, and supportive environment for people to explore their emotional difficulties. I have experience working with people from a diverse range of backgrounds and I am sensitive to the varied context of people’s difficulties. I have a genuine passion for helping people to make meaningful and lasting changes to their psychological and emotional wellbeing. I encourage a shared role within therapy and ultimately hope to equip you with the skills and knowledge to become your own therapist to support yourself not only when sessions end but throughout your life.

Eye Movement Desensitation and Reprocessing Therapy (EMDR)

I help you to recover from distressing events and thoughts and feelings from your past.

One's mind is their most powerful tool or the most dangerous weapon. Working with Vicki has helped me build certain playbooks/frameworks to make my mind the most productive and progressive tool it can be. We are human and perfection can't be achieved but being progressive so that we can be good to ourselves and to our dear ones is what therapy can do.
