About Me - Victoria Adam
I am a qualified Cognitive Behavioural Psychotherapist and I hold full accreditation with the British Association for Behavioural and Cognitive Psychotherapists (BABCP). I work together with my clients to understand how their psychological issues developed, what is maintaining them and how they can be overcome. I am experienced in treating adults to overcome a range of problems including anxiety, trauma, depression and low self-esteem. I run my private practice alongside my role in a busy NHS trust where I have worked for the past 11 years.
